I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you being my real estate agent. Even though we have done other transactions prior to this recent sale. I realize more now how much knowledge that you have. Because of your market analysis and the amount of time you spend in collaborating this information to be able to share with your clients and other's. This greatly helped my decision to buy when I did. As you know back in June there was a house that I was somewhat interested in and you advised me to wait. You had told me unless this is the house of my dreams the houses will continue to fall in price. At the time I remember thinking for someone who is working on commissions and advising me to wait I was impressed. Then November rolls around and then you tell me the market has bottomed out and to buy ASAP. Needless to say I listened. Now I'm typing you this letter in my new home and making sure one of the first thing's I wanted to do was to tell you how much I appreciate your professionalism, knowledge and most of all service.
